Who we are

Happtix Limited operates Infillery and is the controller of personal information described in this notice. Contact us at hello@happtix.com.

Registered in England and Wales. Company number 17460263.

Registered office: 8 Kempton Close, Runcorn, England, WA7 4YZ.

Information we collect

  • Account and contact information, including your name, email address, verification status and workspace membership.
  • Artwork, prompts, reference images, generated images, SVGs, 3MF files, design names, colour choices and feedback you submit.
  • Service usage, generation allowances, model and processing diagnostics, IP address, browser information, security logs and necessary cookies.
  • Subscription status, Stripe customer and subscription references, and payment events. Stripe processes full payment-card details; we do not store them.
  • Messages and beta-access information you send to us.

Why we use it

  • To create and manage your account, workspace, designs and subscriptions, relying on performance of our contract with you.
  • To process artwork and provide AI, vector and printable-model features at your request, relying on our contract with you.
  • To secure, troubleshoot and improve Studio, prevent misuse and understand service performance, relying on our legitimate interests in operating a safe and useful service.
  • To send essential account, verification, billing and service messages, and to meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.
  • To send limited beta-programme updates to approved testers, who can opt out at any time, relying on our legitimate interest in operating the beta programme.
  • To send optional free-design and product updates where you have chosen to receive them. You can withdraw that choice from your profile or any update email.

Who receives information

We use service providers including OpenAI for AI image generation, Stripe for subscriptions and payments, Postmark or our configured mail provider for transactional email, and hosting, storage and security providers that operate Studio. Information is shared only where needed to provide, secure or administer the service, or where law requires it.

Some providers process information outside the UK. We rely on the provider’s applicable contractual safeguards and lawful transfer mechanism.

Artwork and AI processing

Uploaded artwork and prompts may be sent to the selected AI provider when you deliberately use an AI feature. Ordinary uploaded-image vectorisation does not require OpenAI image generation. Do not upload personal information or artwork you are not entitled to use.

How long we keep information

We keep account, billing and design information while your account is active and for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. Deleting a design removes it from normal use, although limited copies may remain temporarily in backups, security records or legally required records. You may ask us to delete your account data, subject to information we must retain.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of your personal information. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Contact us first at the email above so we can help.

Security, children and changes

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service is completely secure. Studio is not intended for children to use without the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian. We will update this notice when our processing materially changes and will bring important changes to account holders’ attention.
