Questions
- Which plan should I choose?
- If you just want to make things for yourself, Free is enough. If you sell what you print, at markets, on Etsy or in your own shop, choose Maker. Move to Maker Pro when your shop gets busy or you want it on your own domain.
- How does the shop fee work?
- Infillery takes 5% of the product price on Maker and 1% on Maker Pro. Delivery is never included. Stripe’s own card fees apply as well, and payments go straight to your Stripe account.
- Can I switch between Maker and Maker Pro?
- Yes, at any time from Plan and billing. Moving up charges the difference for the rest of the month. Moving down credits the unused part against your next bill.
- What happens if I cancel?
- Your plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for. After that your designs stay available for personal use, and your shop stops taking new orders.
